Practice Areas

Personal Injury - I represent individuals involved in controversies alleging a wrong or damage to another's person, rights, reputation, or property resulting from events or activities such as automobile accidents, defective products, infliction of emotional distress, intentional misconduct, and negligence.

Criminal - I have extensive experience defending the rights of people arrested and accused of criminal offenses. I handle all types of criminal cases, including minor infractions and misdemeanors and the most serious felony indictments, such as, drunk driving, drug possession, narcotics sales, theft, grand larceny and white collar fraud.

Traffic Offenses - My goal as your attorney in traffic offenses, violations, and infractions is to prevent you from acquiring insurance and/or Department of Motor Vehicle points that these tickets may bring. These infractions may dramatically increase your insurance premiums and may in some cases cause a revocation of you license to drive. These infractions can be disposed of in a manner in which you may avoid higher insurance premiums and/or Department of Motor Vehicle points.

Workers' Compensation - Our attorneys represent employees who are injured on the job in claims for lost wages and medical treatment expenses against private industry, Federal, and state and local government employers and their workers' compensation insurers. They handle issues dealing with defenses, fraud, subrogation, and appeals.

Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning - Our firm handles Estate Planning matters which is the area dealing with the distribution of an individualís property at his or her death, taking into account wills, taxes, insurance, property, and trusts so as to gain maximum benefit of all laws and, at the same time, carrying out the personís wishes.
